Terms of Service & Policies

The following Terms of Service are the terms and conditions that apply to the Gift Certificates, Class Reservations, or Private Party bookings with Southern Roots Creations LLC. By using the site, either web or mobile sites, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Please keep a copy of this agreement for your records.

All attendees must be 18 years of age to attend Southern Roots Creations LLC classes unless the class is specified as a family or children’s class.  Alcohol sales are only available to those of legal drinking age.  No one other than staff is allowed to bring alcohol on the premises.  Open alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be taken out of the building to be consumed.  Only unopened alcohol purchased can be taken out of the premises. All guests are subject to being carded.

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside Southern Roots Creations LLC.

Cancellation Policy for Public Classes:

  • All reservations are final, no refunds.

  • Reservations canceled more than 48 hours can receive credit for a future class.

  • If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the start of the class, no refund or future credit will be given.

  • If you do not show up for the class or email us to cancel your reservation 48 hours before the class starts, no refund or credit will be given.

  • There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy for Private Parties:

  • Private Party Deposits are non-refundable if the private party is canceled for any reason.

  • If the reservation is canceled 14 days prior to the event, the event may be rescheduled 1 time without penalty.

  • If the party is canceled less than 14 days in advance, the private party hosts will be billed for the minimum number of guest (less the deposit) equal to the amount of the party minimum.

  • If the private party fails to get the minimum of 10 paid seats, the party host will be responsible for paying for the empty seats and will forfeit the deposit.

  • If a reservation is canceled on the day of the class, you must call us to cancel. If it is within 24 hours of the class starting, no refund will be given and an additional $100 late notice cancellation fee will be billed.

  • If you do not show up for the event or do not call us to cancel your reservation, no refund or credit will be given.  An additional $100 late notice cancellation fee will be billed.

Late Policy for Public Classes:

  • There are no refunds for arriving late.

  • If you are late, you have the option to stay and paint, however, there will not be individual instruction available.  The classes are public group classes.  If you choose not to stay and paint, you have the option to receive a credit for a future class if it is your first time being late.  If you are late for a future 2nd class, there is no credit available or refund.

  • If you are late and do not want to stay and paint or get credit for a future class, then you can take the pre-stenciled canvas home with a paint kit and brushes. There will be a $5 upcharge for this option.

Late Policy for Private Party:

  • Parties are booked for a specific date at a specified time.  If you or your party is more than 15 minutes late and classes need to be extended past the reserved time an additional fee will be billed of $50 per half hour.

  • Food prepared for your event cannot be returned or resold.  Therefore, no refunds or future class credits are issued.

Alcohol Policy:

  • Southern Roots Creations LLC has the right to refuse alcohol services to anyone.

  • Alcohol sales are only available to those of legal drinking age.

  • Only Southern Roots Creations LLC staff and deliveries can bring alcohol onto the premises.

  • Open alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be taken out of business.  Only closed alcoholic beverages purchased from Southern Roots Creations LLC can be taken off the premises.

  • All guests are subject to being carded.
